Hieu Pham Stuart is an accomplished Career and Life Coach, deeply committed to education, self-improvement, and empowering others to reach their full potential. She relocated to Hawaiʻi several decades ago, where she overcame significant language barriers—first learning Japanese at 21 and later mastering English—showcasing her resilience and determination.
Hieu earned a Bachelor’s Degree in General Psychology from Hollins University and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. In addition, she has received specialized training in life coaching, leadership, public speaking, and academic and career counseling. With extensive experience in coaching and counseling, Hieu helps clients navigate challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals. She works with a broad spectrum of individuals, families, and groups, tailoring her approach to meet their unique needs.
Currently, Hieu is dedicated to supporting students at Hawaiʻi Pacific University, particularly those in the Hoʻokō Rising Scholars Program. She plays a vital role in guiding students as they explore their passions, select the right majors, and achieve academic success, all while ensuring they have a meaningful and enjoyable college experience. Under her guidance, students often experience improved academic performance, enhanced self-awareness, and a clearer sense of purpose.
